I’m makin an assumption here, I’ve launched outta Ashtabula many times over the years. Lake Shore and ARU. Conneought (sp?) is east and Geneva is west of there. Tons of boats in and outta there. Not even taking in account the docked boats in the Ashtabula river. Say 10% are doing this behavior that’s hundreds of fish a day being taken above the limits.... now spread that out over the whole lake....
The extent of my fishing on Erie is catch and release small mouth fishing....
