Whats the connection to glyphosate and high prices half of all glyphosate is made in China.
About 2/3rds of all glyphosate is made in China. Bayer’s big glyphosate plant in Louisiana was shut down for several months because of hurricane Ida but is starting up again. Then there are problems with other options. BASF‘s Liberty herbicide, glufosinate, which is similar but not interchangeable with glyphosate is basically unavailable, I’ve heard but can’t confirm that a major fire in damaged the factory. Gramoxone, Paraquat Is being regulated out of existence.

Russia is a major supplier of nitrogen, mostly in the form of urea. Higher natural gas prices and trade restrictions on Russia have made nitrogen prices skyrocket.

No surprise a large fertilizer plant just went up in flames the other day.....about as ironic as the bridge collapsing just before Biden arrived to talk about infrastructure. I'm not a tinfoil hat guy usually but things seem to be happening that either pushes an agenda or disrupts our economy more.

Entirely too many "coincidences". I don't see how this isn't planned sabotage of our country. Same as the weapons he is sending to the Ukraine. What for? Another Russian payment? Most likely. He already left piles of equipment and cash in Afghanistan. Not to mention people. Now he is destroying it for the farmers? Pipeline was first acts in office which is killing us on fuel. . . .. we aren't stupid. We realize he is purposely screwing out country. We didn't vote him in there. He was planted. We need our nation back.

The easiest method of government control has always been through dependency. In a micro sense we see this through the permit and application process. They control what gets built through issuance of a permit, you are therefore dependent on their approval to build something. They control who can carry concealed through dependency on a permit. The more they can make people dependent and destroy independence the easier it is to control them. Over the last two years we have seen an unprecedented attack on independence. Be it small business, large business, and people. Anyone that wants to be independent will be crushed, we'll shut your business down, mandate your compliance, destroy your reputation, use government agencies like osha to force compliance, etc. More and more they're using private industry to circumvent constitutional protections to destroy your independence. Facebook, twitter, walmart etc are all good examples of this. Private industry gets the benefit of pointing the finger at the government. They're also using their gullible population of brown shirt nazi democrats to further their ability to do this.
