Ron and his buddy BOTH sent it yesterday afternoon/evening while hunting in SE Iowa yesterday and are getting ready to go recover their deer when rain lets up. Both were very nice bucks from the discussion last night and both shot at almost the same moment with incredible rutting action unfolding all around them.

Stay tuned……….

Dang everyone it’s not looking good. They’ve been beating the ground covering lots of ground today. His buddy’s deer they feel is alive and well due to shoulder blade and two blade mechanical not getting much penetration. Ron’s just sick and deflated but trying his best to find his deer. Possible pass through no man’s land area but he’s not giving up. I’ll update as soon as I hear something.

Ron just punched his tag in Iowa on his last hunt before heading home at 4am in morning. Off the ground at 15 yards and watched him tip over. His phone call to his wife and me was PRICELESS!
He’s not the giant like he hit earlier but he’s very happy and made a memory.
CONGRATULATIONS BRO!!!
