Live Eagle Nest Cam...

Very cool! We have a nest near the Little Miami River and others along 22/3 between Morrow and Wilmington. Last week I saw at least a dozen flying in circles in close formation outside South Lebanon not a mile from the nest near Stubbs Mill Rd bridge. It’s in a Sycamore tree as well! Being they’re huge and prevalent along river systems I bet they’re a preferred nesting tree.

Last year on the farm Chad shot his deer there was a Eagle nest and Mom made her presence known.. Therefore we skirted the area to give her some peace of mind.. When out there last week we stayed clear of that area an observed an Eagle in same tree with binos..

You sure they weren’t buzzards...? I’ve seen large groups of eagles before, only time they circle is when they’re only feet over a meal. Then they might circle once before dropping in with the others.

Karma on he fox video comes to mind here...just sayin

What was cool though, on my way to Lowe’s passing the nest the nest was empty then seeing the unbelievable sight of so many flying high and low in figure 8’s and circles over the flooded river about 1 mile down the river. One actually broke away and flew over my path 100 yards ahead just gliding the air current at 35-40 mph. On my way back through 20 minutes later I saw no eagles in flight but 3 were perched 5 to 10 above the nest. There has to be other nests nearby just not visible from that route other than the one near the Stubbs Mill bridge.
