Live from Mississippi.

Let's see what else. The boys did a week long sea camp where they learned the basics of sailing, went trolling for shrimp. We went to Louisiana on a safari trip. The wife was not impressed. 🤣 and last weekend they went to a cast net class put on by a local lady at the beach. The city of Biloxi caught deer Island (uninhabited) on fire again on July 4th. 2nd year in a row! 🤣 I've been so busy I haven't had time to scratch my ass.

This is awesome. I've got to swim along side with dolphins some big rays and a lone manatee that wondered down the beach at Lauderdale. People were screaming their heads off clearing out of the water when that cow went through a crowded spot by a restaurant those things are huge. Awesome boat hope you fill it with fish soon.

Don't blink. I mean, look at Jesse and Adam's kids. I see occasional pics here or FB and I'm thinking "aren't the older kids supposed to be like 6 or 7 right now?" Nope. Great pics, Joe! Great to see you all enjoying life. Will be heading to Alabama to see our daughter and son in law within the next month. That doesn't seem possible either but here we are. . . Getting old.

I definitely enjoy reading about your successful transition back to the bayou Joe. A whole new perspective on an area of the country I know zero about. The kids are growing like weeds and all the fun and experience you and your wife are giving them is priceless.

Thanks. One of the biggest reasons for getting the bigger boat is wanting to get the boys offshore a bunch. They're 7 & 8 and now and at the point where they don't require so much hand-holding, meaning it's easier to do things with them. They're almost halfway to 18 and I figure that about 16 they'll be more interested in girls than dad stuff. So really I have about 8 - 9 years with them to really make memories. Seeing how fast the first 8 years went it'll be over in the blink of an eye. My biggest fear is them growing up without me discovering their passion and getting them engaged with it.
