Well all I survived my round at Strouds. I didn't go for the hunting just the bsing and the awesome food, as always. Outdoorsfellar and Flutie kicked ass on the cooking grate, Flutie with his chicken wrapped in bacon and his BBQ sauce and Outdoorsfellar with his ABT's( jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon).
I had an awesome time and got to put some new faces with names.
I also got to bunk in the Taj Mahal with a guy who I had met before with a TOO name of Full Bore. Full Bore my ass his name is FULL SNORE. I woke up at 2:30 to a vortex that would make the movie Twister look like a bunch of little dirt devils. There was practically no oxygen left in the Taj and I was nearing the point of asphyxiation, I barely made it out alive!! Once I got my bearings about me I made it to the reclining seats of my truck only to have the hell scared outta me by a snort and the rustling of leaves as a deer bolted from our campsite and up the hillside, no kidding. Ron did more than make up for the oxygen deprivation he subjected me TOO over the night by having some awesome sausage gravy and biscuits warmed and ready to eat this morning though when I crawled outta my truck.
But as stated earlier it was an awesome weekend getaway for me and I loved meeting all the new to me guys and seeing all the friends I had previously met at The TOO Shoot.
And Rick I was just cutting on ya bud, you don't suck at cornhole. You and only you will always be my cornhole partner. Hahaha
