Tickled to death with my first muzzleloader kill. Came in Pushing does around. 95 grain blackhorn charge pushed the 300 grain sst right where it needed to go. Didnt take a step.View attachment 87755

Forgot my hunting binoculars. Carried my 10# scouting binoculars in. Bumped 2-3 deer on way in. All in different single bed spots. Not a good start. Better than getting ready to work. Frustrated already. This is supposed to be relaxing. Only reason I'm out is because I couldn't sleep. Arrgh. I could use a good morning in the woods to start my day out right.
