All good. I have a lot of respect for our military, fire fighters and police officers. Spent a dozen years volunteering as a fire fighter and EMT. Was really close to making a living at it but opted to stay the self employed course. I just chuckle when they complain, yet have time to wax their trucks, work on their Harleys, re-grip their golf clubs, and watch the ball game. I get it though. When the tones drop. . . It is on!

In and settled. Like Ryan, this stand was hung for mornings like this. Good N-NW breeze and solid thermals should keep me hid. Overlooking a narrow creek bottom food plot between 2 bedding areas. Oaks on the ridge across from me and several good historical trails in the area. Still have a light mist here, so I'm appreciating my TOO Carhartt Rain Defender hoodie!

Wind doing windy things but feeling good. Practically stepped on a nice buck on the way in. He was rubbing a tree two feet below my foot path and we didnt see each other until I brushed up against the tree next to it.
