Tried out the 350 tonight on a big doe. I was happy only went about 20 yards.
I used to be gung ho for opening day even in rain. Now not so much. LOL
But I always did like hunting in snow. So tomorrow I will be in my tpee. Good luck to everyone.

Learned today that at almost 50 years old doing an all day sit in the cold rain, with a leaky ladder stand blind is rough as you get older. Lol tomorrow trading with my son, I get the box blind he gets the ladder stand.

Didn’t think I’d get to participate in gun season until the bonus weekend. Got the notification at 9:30 last night school was cancelled today!! (I’m a teacher).
View this morning. Glad I am in the tpee. LOL
