Got out around 11. Seen one giant cruising the oak flat I was in at the opposite side. Tried calling to him, with no avail. Got out and started drinking. Good luck to all that are out and stay safe. It’s blowing that crazy out here. 20-30+
One small one this morning, dow and yearling this afternoon. Brother saw a bruiser but something spooked it and it was going mach 10.

Just a reminder theres fresh oyster shrooms in the woods to go on top of all the tenderloins stripped out this week. White shrooms growing from wood that smell like fish.

Back working behind the jobs shop here today at work, buck came out forty minutes ago while I’m working stone in the driveway. Looked again just now and happened to see a doe bedded about forty yards away from him. He hasn’t moved since 11am. Something is going on I’m just not sure what….
I'm in....Crane is parked on the tree farm...but I'm in blind finally! As always, got my honor on too!

Well, I just saw deer. 6 of them were at my blind to greet me as l made a late start.

If there is anyone in the Fleming/Barlow area south of SR 550 I hope you are safe. There is an all out war going on right now. Either every deer in the area is dead or the civil war has begun.
I miss those days of gun season. I hope those hunters are having as much fun as I remember it being.
