Deer moving everywhere this morning. Been in since 605! Florida man is officially freezing and has to take a shit
Truly my happy time ..... darkness, heater & coffee
I’m in the same stand as last night. I watched 2 big fawns nursing hard on momma last night. Can a doe that is still nursing come into estrus? Any wildlife gurus out there? @Stressless?
Feeling cute… Might kill a buck from the same tree as last year today, I don’t know.

Called in that split brow ten at first light to 27 yards.. bunch of does up and around! It’s happening boys.

The big one I’m after continues to visit my pile every night. Doesn’t seem to be with a lady friend. Activity during both daylight and night has dropped off over the past 24 hours. If it’s happening, it’s happening a couple ravines over. I’ll be patient and hope that soon it comes my way. Camera showed 3 does at 11:00pm, one small buck then my target buck at 3:15am. Usually I’ve got tons of does all night long at the pile….somethings fucky.

Took me over an hour to get in. I nudged some deer and there was a buck in the mix, so he started running does all around me in the darkness. I was literally frozen for 30 minutes because I was half dressed and starting to sweat while I waited them out. Took 30 minutes more to sneak the last 100 yards to the stand. Figuring I'll freeze my ass off, be bored, bitch and moan, then go home later, wash, rinse, repeat. #stewpit

Skunk avoided. Lone doe came in to the mineral seep below me. It's raining leaves now.
Just had the small dink from yesterday pushing a doe thru . Nothing else following....yet.

That buck w/ the limp just came down grunting from where the dink went , looked around & went back up.

Good luck guys. Stuck at work this week but off next week. Wife told me in the pasture behind our house this morning a big 9 pt is running three does. Seems like perfect conditions today
Good luck, fellers! I’m headed to Lawrence tomorrow around noon for 4 days of hunting. Weather looks PERFECT 
. Highs in the 50s every day as compared to mid 70s we had last year. No cams, no target bucks. Just the anticipation of seeing one that makes my finger itch. Might grab a turkey tag, too. The farm is loaded with birds. Gonna be a good weekend, regardless!

Geeze, now this guy just came down .....grand central station !
Good movement here so far. Lone buck walked by me in the dark as I was hanging this set. Saw a doe far off at around 7:00. Then a yearling buck walked by me 20 min later. And now I just gave a mature doe a free pass at 18 yards. She’s lucky I’m on a mission.
