Set up in a bottom between three ravines. Pretty big bowl with a good pinch point. Large community scrape 30 yards away. I’ve had some good bucks on camera here. Need this wind to stay consistent and the temp to rise to push my scent out of here though. Shot last years buck oct 31. Always love hunting Halloween

I heard what sounded like a single rifle shot 40 mins after dark last night....wouldnt be surprised to see a new big buck pic floating around here soon....

Had a horse chase me in the dark and try to bite me. Never heard him coming, just got a sixth sense feeling and turned around just in time. He was pretty aggressive and later I called my neighbor and told him about his horse coming after me when I was crossing his field. I asked him how much the horse cost him and told him I almost had to pay that price!
Yup also a 95 percent chance a kid shot it. With a picture of kid holding up the rack with a WTF look on on his face.. #notevensmiling.I heard a shot around 530 am about 3weeks ago or so..
About two years ago I came out from hunting and somebody had dumped a deer off about 60 yards from where I was parked just the head cut off. I was pissed. Thing wasn’t even stiff..
Then a few days later somebody caught the fuggin thing on fire and fire station had to come put it out… SMFH.

Pretty windy here and it's making for a miserable sit. Got all sweaty coming in, so I'm cold and can't hear anything. All the leaves falling keep head-faking me with movement too. Gonna ride it out until 11, then scout my way back and put together a plan for this evening.

Good luck fellas! I'm currently waiting for 2 campers in front of me to hitch up so we can roll out too. Until then, the 3,000+ pheasants at WR Hunt Club are keeping us entertained. Trick or treating tonight, no treestand therapy today......someone kill a good 1!

Neighbor captured this free roaming buck with a tag - any ideas? Sent to ODNR for their assessment.
I saw one with a very similar tag about 3-4 years ago, also a 1.5 y/o buck.
