Been up since 5, wind is switching from NE to SE within a two hour time period, walking in under this fog at 7 when the wind should be East. Good luck to those who are left

I’m had a 120 ish 8 at 80 yards after 15 minutes of standing brush wind switched was east, and went to Nw ish he blew me

Good morning y'all! Am I the only dumb ass out this morning? Finely seen a good one yesterday at 5:00. 120 yards though the hardwood, Didn't look like a very sure shot! Enough limbs in the way so I let him walk. Kind of wish I would have sent one his way now

I thinking about leaving this stand and going for a good old fashioned still hunt. Just me and my 50cal, some real gun hunting stuff on this last day of gun week

Nothing for me. Think I’ll be going back to smoking up for the next hunt
Took a little stroll after not seeing anything in the back. I headed towards the front, then across the street. Two nanny does were bedded [30 yard encounter] just on the other side of the road, where I hunted the other day, above the main creek. They were headed towards my place and back on my side of the road. I also found a hang-on and a TC that belongs to a person with permission over there, across the street. Hate the fact that he squeezed in real close to my place. I talked to him about it. Looks like I'll have talk to him about it again.
I'm done for now. I'll monitor TCs all afternoon, then head back out for the last hour.
