Heavy frost here in highland county. Should be a great morning for someone! I'm crappie fishing for the third day in a row. What do you do with no buck tag? Good hunting everyone!

Shot a real nice doe last night. The 15 yard chip shot was too good to pass up. Sevr broadhead did quite the number on her. Got the kids to school this morning and now I’m in for another midday sit. Should be some deer moving but so far all I’ve seen is a squirrel in my tree.

Im in Indiana. Good morning so far. Had a coyote come by at first light. Saw a shooter come from west of me. Crossed creek, made a scrape 125 yards away. Coyote came back thru spooked buck to the east of me. Yote came back around sat by me for 20 minutes 30 yds away. Contemplated shooting it. Just then I see a doe emerge from little weed patch in corn field 250 yds to my south. She starts feeding my way. Coyote gets drink out of creek and wanders thru woods. Here comes doe. Closer and closer. What the heck i need some meat. Shot her at 15 yards watched her pile up in stubble field. I get ready in case buck happens to circle around. Sure as shit I look down the creek there he is drinking water 150 yds south of me. Im hoping he picks up scent from the doe I just shot but he didn't. Ended up leaving the section and headed south. I hear something else coming. Yep. Damn Coyote again. Only have 1 more arrow with broadhead so it gets a pass. Gonna stay put for at least another hour or so. As im typing this up another yote just came through the woods!

Trying it till 2. Saw a large body buck at 11:25 by my property from the road so I got dress Snuck in the dry ditch back Saw unidentified deer across the field. Little 8 was bedded next to a stand we looked at each other for 5 mins until I said heck with it and climbed up no others with him . . A deer is on its feet in the center of the section. To much stuff going on to not take a longer than intended lunch. And a deer is feeding under my neighbors stand/corn pile as I type
