Did you get pics of them eating it? I put out some alfalfa one winter because deer were eating it out of my friends horse lot. That stuff laid there through the following summer. lol.

Its hit and miss. But you figure at least around here, they've not had snow like this for a long long time everything is covered up. If nothing else they'll lay down on it and at least be in the area.
