Had very eventful hunt. Seen 11 total, 9 bucks...nothing big. I'll write it up in a bit, I'm already late to dinner! I won't tell her I let them all walk...lol
Cold but good evening for probably my last sit. Saw 5 does and one buck that shed its antlers. I spooked another one behind me as i stood up to pack up at dark.
I had the best night in a long time! 19 doe 18 could have been shot. 1 spike with a kicker. And right at quit time, a coon about 25-30# came in~~Biggest coon I seen in years! I honestly thought it was a coyote when it started down the hill.

Sounds like my college days. Thought it was going to happen and she walked away. Maybe I needed a better method than just walking up to the corn pile and humping them? Lol

this one hung out for about 2 minutes. I took some pics and a video of him and he trotted off eventually. First deer sighting from this blind all season. Daughter wants to shoot him and he looked pretty comfortable there so we'll see if we can do it. Wish I would've had her with me tonight but I wasn't expecting much and at least she stayed warm in the house.

One side looks like a tumor. It's still there just a weird little nub. Actually wondering if it's ole crazy rack and the little points broke off. Have to check my trail cam pics tomorrow.
If he has been like that in past years, definitely be a good one to let her start out on. Plus more meat due to size of it.:smiley_coolpeace:
