Hey guys, sorry for the delay. I was able to wait her out for a bit and get down and put one in her at point blank. The first shot hit her in the no mans land just above the lungs and below the spine. Must've gotten a bit of spine tho cuz she did the back flip and couldn't go anywhere from there. 2 in one week, I'll take it! Feel pretty blessed. I'll post a pic tomorrow, I'm whooped. This dragging is killing me lol
Congrats to all ! I'm getting ready to walk out. There's already been a number of does at my stand a half hour ago, so I'm pretty optimistic there will be sort of action after daylight.

Today is my friday and I realllly want to go get in a tree after work but looking at the weather i'm trying to force myself to hold off until saturday after work. It looks like its going drop about 12 degrees that day....

Well crap. I stayed until 10 and nothing came in. I did see the end of a deer cutting across about 60 yards away, so that gave me an idea for next time. Beautiful morning just the same!

My new favorite hunting gadget. Unfortunately I just found out my range finder didn't survive Thursdays rain storm....
Damn Jake, sorry about the range finder... Good to see the thermacell is helping you out.... Used mine Saturday evening... I love them things lol...
I put a piece of duct tape on either side with a loop in each one with a length of para cord to hang it on my pack hook seemed to hold it nicely.... Cheaper than that carry pouch they wanted 15 bucks for lol
Nice, I usually stick mine in the bottle pouch on my pack but it would get kind of warm at times lol
