Settled in for the evening. Took me about an hour 20 minutes to hike in here without sweating... the wind isn't bad but it's not perfect so went up about 27-28 feet. Hopefully it works out

Wow ! I'm perched on a property I haven't set foot on yet this yr . Nice clean scrape was waiting 10 yds from the tree I'd planned on hunting so that obviously got my hopes up . See what happens

Just had my #1 buck under my stand. Couldn't get shot. Caught me off guard and couldn't draw on him before he chased two does. Hopefully got him on camera. Pissed at myself for behind lazy and sitting in la la land

3 does at about 50 yards and a 4 point came trotting by about ten minutes til dark. Also had a whole flock of Turkey come by. Pretty good sit.
