Saw 4 bucks and 6 does,couple bucks were chasing a doe from 5:30 till dark,made for a good sit.

Was in such a hurry to get to the stand I ended up forgetting my phone in my van. Sit number four for me, and it was the best sit of the year. Saw four deer. Three where dead if I wanted too. I was even able to get drawn and settled in on two of them. Nothing like practicing on live targets. One was a beautiful 2 1/2 year old 8 pointer. He was a good mod to high 120s. Would love to see him make it a couple more years. Anyways, like Brock always says. All the fun and none of the mess.

I'm going out in the morning to a spot I've been saving. Deer sightings have been hit or miss for me at three other spots, mostly miss, and I'm ready for some action.

I've seen 9 deer and a coyote so far. One mind-blowing buck that was never closer than 150 but had me shaking.

No sir. I was up in Fayette, which as you know I see more "shooters" up there than anyone ever should. This deer, if he's a clean ten that he appears to be, is close to Boone if not a shade over. I was busy dealing w employee issues via text when he showed up. I don't know if I got him on video at all but if I did I'll post a pic later. Absolutely gorgeous deer.
