Today is the day. Got a feeling . Good luck boys. My brother grunted a buck in 15 minutes before dark last night. Hit him in the side during a dead trot. Said it was wobbling dragging its back legs then disappeared. Hope we can find it today. Little/ no blood. Arrow looks like he gut shot it but that doesn't explain it dragging its hind legs like it was. He says it was hobbling so slowly there's no way it went far.

Bumped something big on the way in. Sounded heavy when it hit the ground. Had a little one right underneath me hitting the scrape. Something is gonna die somewhere today.....hope it dies for all of you!

I'm with ya Jesse. Last year I started walking in with tennis shoes, then changing socks and putting my boots on at the stand. That seemed to help. Just more crap to lug in though.

At my creek crossing stand, dead calm so far and nothing but squirrels and Geese with the occasional crows chiming in....

that tree right there is the bridge got these squirrels over the creek.... Already had a half dozen cross there....

Oh, and no deer so far lmao....
