No hunting for me tonight. I pulled a couple cards, nothing good. Just little bucks and does going by, and not many does. I'm going to a different farm tomorrow. I don't know if that will be up in Fayette, or over in Ross, but I'm getting the heck off this place for a change of scenery.
Holy sheeet the winds blowing.lol In the big triple trunk tree so have a great wind block.

Just watched a widow maker fall while setting up a ground blind. Ain't no deer worth this nonsense. Not sure I've ever seen it blow quite this hard at the farm.
Seen a spike and BB behind the house while filling the feeder. They were obviously waiting on a snack. I could sense them saying: "Bout time dude". lmao

I have about 7 nice oaks and 4 nice maples hit the ground the last 2 weeks, I'm staying out too
Found this behind an old hay bale on the wood line.
Multi flora rose on each side and nice trails at 40 yards each way. I'm on the ground in an ambush spot. Decided to make a rub my backrest.

I went out at 330. Nada. On the bright side, my neighbor's ex removed his climber, so in the blind I go back.

My daily 4 point sighting and 3 doe while on stand. As I was leaving there were about 6 doe about 30 yards from the landowners front porch.
Karissa and I endured this ridiculous gusting wind for 3 painful hours in a treestand overlooking a pinch where 3 corridors converge and got skunked. Pulled a card on way out and out of 18 videos only one was daylight and it was a BB. Lol
I'm telling you! They're mostly nocturnal in my area! Oh well, we'll be back at it tomorrow morning but hope this wind is done!

Saw a nice one going through this thick stuff at 5 and 2 more bucks out cruising just before dark.My buddy Dave had a nice one chasing a doe and several smaller bucks trying to get in on the action and he missed him just before dark.He was about 400 yds from where i was.
