Had a nice sit this evening even though no deer were seen. I did send a slick trick through the pump house in the closing minute of legal shooting time.

When it hit him he jumped and I swear he made 3 full rotations in the air around the arrow. It was a performance an uneven bar gymnast would be proud of.

Mason and I glassed the set up we plan to hunt on Thursday. The best buck I have on camera currently was there along with a small buck. He isn't a giant but Mason can kill him if given the chance. We saw 11 deer total, six were bucks but no whoppers. I know there is one really good 6x4 still alive and hope we get a look at him soon.

We were going to wait until Thursday, but I checked a cam today and one of the more interesting bucks is around close. We are hunting.

I had a real good hunt this eve. Saw 9, 3 bucks...one had shed but I think he was a spike. I took video of a 7 point I have passed on at least a half dozen times. He was doing a lot of grunting when does were around.

We were skunked, which really surprised me considering we watched that set up from a distance last night and saw bucks there. And, I checked the camera there this afternoon and have had deer on it very consistently. Then again, I may have moved them off it when I checked the cam this afternoon. Who knows... deer...
Nothing to do with archery bit was out today with a couple fishing buddies who have been squirrel hunting with dogs for a couple years now and just found out....
we went out at 11:30 and just got back a little bit ago....
Buster did a hell of a job... Lots of den trees but we caught 6 snoozing a little lol... Good day and had fun doing it although that fuggin dog is quick and never gets tired lol we did 4 miles and he did 9 miles and averaged 5 mph lmao....
