Went to an odnr fish hatchery event with my boy at st marys today. Saw how fish are made for stocking. Jumbo perch looked yummy in the tanks. He got field guides which he will use alot. Wetland plants, raptors, sport fish, and freshwater snails of ohio. Something to do on another crap weather day close to home. Someone appeared to be trolling on the east end of the lake... f that it was getting dangerous looking...

Got a weird itch to chase some steelies. Must of been hidden deep and a text I got a couple of weeks ago woke it up. I'm also overdue for a trip up to northern parts of this state. So I know I'm ahead of myself, but I'm looking forward to ice out! I think I'm gonna snag a couple in the face.
