Looking for THE Elite guy

Who's THE Elite guy in Ohio/Western PA/North Western WV? I have a GT 500 that i picked up on trade that needs some shims and a tune and I'll probably get new threads on it as well. This thing is beautiful otherwise and i'm anxious to get her shooting right. Don't trust anyone local to do it. Have money. will travel/ship.
