Update... I guess the slide itself wasn't square and it just junk an entire new slide mechanical system. The manufacture sent a rep out today and that's what was determined. They are flipping the bill and I should have my camper back in two weeks. I guess they were real close to just building is a new camper. I will have a new slide, camper side, roof, and ceiling by the time this is over.
I'm really glad the the camper place was being so helpful with this and they didn't just stick a bandaid on it to get past the warranty. They were also the ones that talked the manufacture into replacing the roof and ceiling. Something about the slide hitting it and they were worried about leaks down the road. Either way, I'm happy with how it's all being handled.

Sounds like they are doing the right thing replacing the whole thing. They offered or have you asked for a loaner unit until yours is fixed? Just curious if they would go for that or not.
I haven't asked. I feel like everything is being handled just fine. I couldn't imagine what this repair would cost me out of pocket...so I'm good with not having a camper for a month.
