Well I went and got me a Weber grill yesterday, and needless to say I am in love. I did the beer can cheese burgers yesterday. Well today was cheese stuffed pork loins.
Start of by butterflying the loin to allow for the cheese stuffing.
Then you fill with the cheese mix. I used cream cheese, Gorgonzola crumbles, fresh chives, and cilantro. Run that through the food processor and you end up with this.
Add that to the loins.
Then proceed to add more pork!!!! [emoji12]
Add a dry rub and onto the grill they go. When the loins are about 1/2 to 3/4 done then start grillin your potatoes and veggies.
This was a awesome dish once done. I am just loving this new Weber!!!!!!!!
