He is 4 this year Phil. Last year Jarrod and I agreed to let him go another acorn season to see what he becomes. I think although the weird antlers he is going to be a big buck. He could be a potential shooter, but I have some other big ones that I'm waiting to get pics of.

Good luck to you guys this year. I have nothing on the one camera I have checked once. Still trying to get to minerals at two locations. This year is going to be an interesting year with zero expectations for me. I have had two years in a row where I said "I don't know how I will ever top this one." Three in a row is no likely. Looking for 4+ and whatever antlers are on his head. Time is getting tougher to come by. Nice hunting ground is getting tougher to keep. I just want to enjoy it and what comes of it comes of it. Hope some of the bigger ones end up on your wall and in your freezer Derek!

Very nice Derek! I've noticed on the farm I run cams that the more mature deer so far have been filmed under darkness. It's nice to see you getting some daylight pics of him. I'd say he must stay on or pretty dang close to your property, IMO.

Checked cams today and Meat Fork is growing like a weed! Had two more good ones show but have some catching up to do. I think Meat Fork must have dropped early last year because he is much farther ahead of the rest. I also have a handful of little guys hanging around. The doe are bringing the fawns around now and that has brought the coyotes around. I hope the fawns make it.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1435452410.887554.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1435452424.152839.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1435452436.115980.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1435452454.737923.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1435452475.008543.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1435452488.752525.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1435452510.710302.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1435452520.945226.jpg

My son and I were just at the farm shooting the bows and had 3 bucks in the beans eating. Jarrod got this pic using his phone through his Nikon binos. The one on center looks like a good one.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1435524738.582370.jpg sorry about the angle .
