Maiden voyage!

Well today my smoker is going on its first endeavor. Working its way up to 250. Got a bucket of soaking apple chips and two St. Louis style spare ribs ready to rub down.




Can't wait till Dale gets here with his baked beans.

Well got the ribs all rubbed up. One with some magic dust, and the other with a Jamaican jerk. In the smoker with a box of soaked apple chips.




Know time to sit back and enjoy some good beers!
