The worst thing about hunting alone all the time is that there is never anyone to help drag or take pictures.

The adrenaline high is always welcome and part of the reason I keep doing this, but there may have also been a small celebration last evening.
She is bigger than I thought. She came in with another adult doe that was noticeably larger than her, neither had a fawn. I figured her for a nice thick yearling, but she is likely 2 1/2. Her hind quarters and loins are huge. Definitely not a yearling, not even a well fed one.
