After much deliberation and purse shopping, I landed here. This is close to the Maxpedition, but much cheaper. If I use it enough to wear it out or think I've reach a usage that justifies the extra cost of a Maxpedition, then I'll go that route. Our CCW instructor had one and it was pretty nice. Until then, this will work and if I don't stick to this, it'll make a handy day pack for fishing/hunting type stuff.

That's probably worth money then. By that point I'll know if it's something I want to continue doing or not. The Maxpedition Monsoon Gearslinger is a badass looking pack.

I'm calling that a backpack Jesse. It is a one strap backpack. Whether you want a murse, a purse, fanny pack, or whatever. . . I'd call that sucker a backpack if it were me. Lol. That's just me though.

I'm holding off ordering a map case (which I'm already familiar with) to see if I like Jesse's fagbag better.
