Maryland ban on hunting on some private land

I'm willing to bet it goes deeper as well. I would bet there are eco people who are very against the project and used the "hunting safety" excuse as a veiled threat or dog whistle to stop the project. "We hunt, and we're not going to be responsible if your employee gets shot." The company fought back in the only way they could, by stopping hunting, and here we are now with the people crying foul. If I was a betting man that's where I'd put my dollar.

I've always known that they have the upper hand but this takes it to a whole new level. But no one here seems upset so I guess ya'll are cool with it.
You are mistaking my understanding of the situation for being "cool" with it. Fundamentally, as a "sovereign" citizen, I don't love it. Functionally, as a professional with a deep understanding of the processes behind a project of this nature, I understand it. These are not mutually exclusive observations for one person to hold.

The family farm in Meigs county has a 138kv line that runs across it. It is 100' wide cleared Easement and is on the farm for right 2,700 feet. I am about certain that they paid my parents about 9,000 dollars for the timber and the easement in the late 80's early 90's. I know it was enough to put a new roof and siding on the farm house.

what level of upset would you like to see on here, p.m me and I’ll post whatever you’d like in all caps if that will help. Obviously I’ll have to delete this post as well, so do it quickly.
