Bought a set of mid weight (250g) off of Amazon last year between Xmas and new years. I wore them and really liked the feel and warmth of them enough that I ordered the heavy weight (320g) version as well. Last week I noticed a couple small holes developing on the sleeve about 4” above the wrist.
I emailed the company and the next day they responded and said they would replace the top, no questions asked, other then a digital receipt from Amazon for proof of purchase. Did that the same day. Next day I get an email saying they’ll send out another top and I should expect it between the 25 and 27th.
Recieved it this afternoon, not only a top, but a merino wool pair of socks as well. Can’t complain about their customer support and their readiness to remedy the situation. I’m actually kind of shocked with it being the holiday season and all, with this fast of turnaround.
I will add, these are 100% merino wool and it’s not something that you throw into the washer and dryer. Wash in cold water, and lay flat to dry, not softener and only on gentle cycle.
So if you’re in the market for some base layers, give them a look. Amazon has the best pricing for them that I’ve found.
