It's been two weeks. It took about that long for the apples to disappear. I dumped 10 more gallons today. I have does and fawns coming in like clock work. The bucks have held back until the last few days. I was pretty bummed until I got to the end of the pics. I found some nice new rubs too.
If I had to pick, this is the buck I would be blessed to have.

Some real nice bucks Mike! The pic of the deer bedded down is awesome as well! Don't see that on cams very often!

Outstanding additional pictures! I am pumped for you bud. Harvesting a deer on your own land is awesome. I hope to do the same this year. Killed a deer on the property when it was owned by the previous owner, but not since I purchased it. I promise you I have not seen any bucks close to the ones you have. You are blessed already.

Everyone will l have their opinion on that hurt yearling, but to be honest I doubt he makes it through the winter. Hell he'd be better off If he lost his leg.. Plenty of deer function and run fine with 3 legs, but this one looks like there is some shoulder issues too... If it we're me and I saw him, i'd do the right thing and take him. less suffering. My opinion has always been and it sucks that DNR wont let citizens do it but when we see wounded or injured deer, that we be able to take them and then report it and then donate the meat, even if its a 28pointer, always and mandatory to donate and document why you harvested/euthanized regardless of what it is.. JMTC.. I know why they don't but it would help and we wouldn't see that.
