I sat in the blind Saturday, Sunday and Monday afternoons from 1-2:30 in the afternoons till shooting hours were over except for Saturday. Reason has already been told. I heard three shots the entire time counting mine...

It was pretty damn cold and I don't think too many got out. I was crazy enough to try it Monday but I was really glad I got one so I could stay indoors Tuesday. Hardly saw any trucks around through the whole season compared to gun season where there's at least one truck at every farm for the most part. Saturday and Sunday I heard just a handful of shots which is rare around here.

For my area this is generally the norm for muzzle loader season anyway. Doesn't seem like we have a big turnout for ML season locally. Bigger than the past, but not like gun season. Die hards, and traditional guys have always been out for ML season. Seems like our local crowd of "late season" ML hunters has increased though. Still not the draw of hunters like gun season.
