Sorry if this has been talked about before but has anyone used it? How can you tell these dates without paying $30?

Do you have to buy the $30 thing that show you when it is or can i find the same thing somewhere else.
Couldn't tell ya. I just mainly hunt cold fronts and other weather patterns.

I found this today. I'm going to see if there is more movement on these days this year by checking my cams to see if it's something to rely on or not

I've paid attention to the moon quite a bit over the years and never really found a correlation. I noticed that changes in weather patterns hold a bigger impact of deer movements. About a day and a half before both a cold it warm front and before a rain or snow event seems to peak movement. And crapoy hunting days seem to be better than nice days.

I've bought one for the last 3 years. I have definitely noticed a connection in more activity on the "red moon days", both in person and on camera.

And does anyone know what the red moon dates were last year? Just curious to see if my buck was close to any of those days.
Adam Hayes swears by it and he kills giants. But could be another gimmick...

Not sure about gimmick, not like anyone’s making any money on this.
I think it’s a mental game.
If I stay out and only hunt when “things” are perfect, then hunt my ass off those days, it’ll work.
I think that mentality works on many things. When what is actually happening is, you are keeping pressure off and hunting hard. Put those two things together and I believe that is all the luck you need. (Within reason of coarse)

I stand corrected. I figured most people just used a weather app or something online for free. Hell, I think most callenders even tell moon cycles. I guess it’s like buying corn with a picture of a deer on it...
Everyone knows that corn and seed with a buck on it is better than the stuff you can get at the Mill[emoji23]
Yes, but I never really pay attention to it. I might give this red moon thing a closer look this year.
