Originally, I set out some molasses corn, bird seed and fresh fruit (apples, bananas & pears), as a "bait pile". I seen little or no action, during daylight hours. So, I set up a trail camera to see what all was feeding, since the food was coming up missing. 
As it turned out, only 1 coyote stopped by, but the rest of the critters kinda surprised me....as did the amount.
There are a LOT more bucks in the area, than I had imagined. Something to look forward to for the Fall of '22.
