TCP Connection is your network connection. I would check the network cable on both ends and make sure it is plugged in all the way if it is a desktop. Then go to Start and click on "Run", then type ipconfig/release once that is done type ipconfig/renew
You could try a reboot. If that doesn't fix it there could be a network outage or possibly the Network Interface Card in your PC is going bad.
