1,000 more feet to go to finish the last hole on this site. I will have to watch gas for about 2 days after we TD, Rig down the trailer and I am heading home for about a week. Been here for 23 days without a break.

See dem PA deer hunters out and about today.

Mornin...Had to kick off tresspassers this morning (old woman walking her dog through our woods 1/2mile away from her house) . Already back at the homestead. Pfft...

Back on the drill pad. Came in last night to rig up. Kicked off the plug at 3:am

Guess I have no choice but to let the ol stand cool down. Already wish I was in a tree.

Have a safe time out there boys.

Afternoon Geeeezer and Dudes. Back from deer camp. I did not see any. Darn full moon. Couplle others took does. Had a great time! :smiley_crazy:

COB, glad to see you make it out. Where you'd go if you don't mind me asking... We moved a couple of stands today and got some better shooting lanes cut out. Should work out better for archery and the one moved stand is a killer, three trails coming into one with 4 scrapes within 50 yards of it. Friggin awesome spot...
The Son and I got skunked at Ravenna yesterday, saw a nice 3.5-4.5 year old buck that had a very impressive rack, lots of mass and length on him he was about 50 yards out moving away and I was wishing it was a buck hunt lol... Lots of shooting going on don't know if they were hitting anything lol...
 
Were down around Athens west off US56 at a friends place. Great area but is run over with coyotes. We sat at the fire rind Friday night and you could hear them yapping and howling. Told Chuck after deer season I have a couple of .223's and a 22-250, we need to call yotes!

Ted we used to hunt salt fork and had the same results lots of totes.
 
Good morning all. Got to leave the woods last night to the rythm of the song dog. There were Yotes chiming in all around the hills. Dem farging bastages...

Weather sucks here in eastern Ohio for the next 2 days. Hope you guys have better conditions. Good luck if you're heading out.
