Get a 32oz double insulated bottle like a Klear or Hydro Flask. Make it a priority to drink 2-3 a day. That's really helped me to stay hydrated. It's a chore, but you'll really feel better for your efforts.

I'm usually pretty good about it, was just stressing yesterday. Taking care of myself wasn't on the to-do list. Feeling it today...

Well ya don't have ta worry about me. I have been a NRA member longer then you have been alive. I quit the organization when Glen Beck and the draft dodger Ted Nugent became spokesmen for the organization. I will not be represented by such people. SEMPER FI
