Muddy sticks recall!!!!

With all the talk about LW sticks and Muddy sticks I was doing some research so I could make an informative decision on which sticks to buy. In my research I found this.

Thanks Hoyt. This were for the sticks sold in 2009. I posted this on OS back early spring in hopes those with 2009 sticks would see it. Good to post it again in case someone still has some. The 2009 sticks were the first year. The nut that was the problem has been fixed on the 2010 models. The sticks also underwent a redesign with some new features added like swiveling feet, groves for winding the rope, rounded edges, and a better powder coat. They sent me a box with return postage paid to return my 2009 sticks in, and i had the 2010 models in my hand 3 weeks later. Top notch customer service.
