I put a Leopold VX-1 on my Muzzy. Don't see myself shooting over 200y, so didn't see a reason to memorize yardages on a BDC when your only talking 8" of drop @ 200y.

I have a Nikon pro staff 3x9 with the BDC reticle on mine, I like it!

I ended up going with one of these as I got a heck of a deal on it from Duhnams. 160 OTD. After everything you guys explained about BDC I did some reading and found out the all basically operate the same.

Sucker holds a group at 100 yards. Was a 12mph wind from an 8 o'clock direction today.

Three pellets triple 7. 240gr hp TC Shockwave sabot.

I'll take it.

Nice shooting, Joe. Although I'll mail ya a sharpie for a late Christmas present. Don't want to wear out your Bic making targets, yano?

I own a dozen of them. One more thing I need to put in the truck I guess. Lol. Least I had a pen for deer tags.

After reading and seeing the results and after shooting my muzzle loader I think I'm going too be upgrading in the off season too one of these.... The old Simmons 2.5 X has been a good scope but not for the longer range shooting that I'd like too be able too accomplish.....
