Saw 6 missed one, saw Bald Eagle and an Osprey! The Eagle kept harassing the Osprey until it left the creek bank. The had a mid air battle for a second and the Osprey just climbed high and circled for about 5 minutes. Freakin awesome, and out of 4 of us nobody had camera or phone!

So after looking for pictures to verify the Osprey, it was not an osprey but a Golden Eagle. DNR site says they do visit Ohio but sightings are rare.... This is 100% the bird we saw.

Last tag filled. Wanted to wait for big boy but I didn't want to eat at tag like last year.

It looks to me like everyone is enjoying this muzzleloader season to the fullest! Congratulations to all of you that killed a deer.

Congrats to everyone who filled a tag! Also just for the record, our area got hammered today nothing real close but the shooting was constant all day.

I saw 8 this morning driving...I told my dad "hey it would have been a great morning to be in the woods with the snow on" "pfft they aren't moving this morning". 2 miles later and there's bitches running across the road everywhere! haha

3 does so far this morning. I saw more deer yesterday than any far of the gun seasons. 17 deer , 3 bucks. My buddy killed a nine, my son had 13 does and a half rack at one time yesterday late afternoon

Very little movement so far today compared to yesterday

Put a few miles on the boots again today. Walked a high wall cut where you can look down both sides and usually catch deer bedded or feeding. Great when there's snow on the ground.
Walked up on a shed buck. He was straight down below me at about 70 yards. Didn't have very big bases, so doubt it was one I was after.
Here's the view.

Now I'm sitting for the last part of the evening.
Kody jumped Jagger, the buck we've been after for 2 years, on his way to his spot with my dad. He said he looked "huge". Lol
He's about a 125" but a Wiley old bugger.
