Yeah her back right hoof was missing her toe nail if you will. Here is a picture of it. Looks pretty crazy but I could understand how this could cause her to limp bad.

THAT is what hunting is all about. Great write-up and congratulations on getting back in the saddle again. There are many of us that can relate to not harvesting a deer for years as it seems the cards are stacked against you. Way to persevere and make a great shot and an easy recovery. It better bring a tear to your eye when you sink your teeth into those awesome backstraps!
