Yep, t'was I. I have been bouncing from one blind to another & the blind behind th house is one that I haven't shot a deer out of, all these years. This year, it's been a highway of bucks it seems & though I've sat & watched a few go right by, something clicked when we were eyeball to eyeball. My targets haven't been around for a spell & I was happy to wait, but today was a good day . He came in at 0720 & once he started going broadside at 8 yrds, I pulled the trigger & my trusty Spitfire did its job.
This couldn't be more perfect ..... he ran out of the thicket to the back outside & went down right at my other popup. Unfortunately, the lithium batteries in the tactacam that overlooks that blind died out, or I'd have a video. Ironically, I have a new solar panel arriving today for it.
Somebody in here has been talking nasty about shoulder hits lately....
so go figure...
