Finished my buck skull awhile back from my buck i shot with my recurve this past season.
I mounted it on a piece of old barnwood that Chad(Bigslam) gave me back at the summer outing.
I boiled it and painted it with white satin paint,got the satin paint idea from Chad(Gern).
I think it came out pretty good other than after boiling it i dropped the darn thing and broke a couple pieces off at the bottom.
This is my second buck ever with my recurve,just hope i can keep the streak going.
My bow is a Black Widow one piece..60 inch @28 and 47 pds. I am drawing right at 30 inches so am getting around 53 pds out of it.
