You have my email if you want some input on the RW. I can give you a sample contract that is VERY landowner friendly. Also the general market price is $1 per 1" of pipe. So if they are laying a 24" line, it's $24 per foot, 30" line is $30 a foot and so on.

Mine was a RW also. WOW I did very well.

Looks like the final grading is about done and there is a tractor and disk setting there. It's raining today so that'll put a hold on it somewhat. I just want them done and out of here. But now the fencing crew must come back and put all the fence up. 5 yrs. ago the fence was put up during deer season. I hope not this year.
