Had a bear at one of stands available to Jon to hunt.. earlier... No giant but something he'd be happy with... My other spot had no bears but has been mobbed with deer... Gonna move that camera down into swamp Sunday as bears prefer that stuff... Here's the bear and decent bucks for Jersey....

Thats a good buck for anywhere, I'd have a hard passing on him in Ohio.

Nope... Not misfire Mnt... That's over near where Dan shot bear... On that private piece... Where I bear hunted last year...

Guess what just went through the Pumpkin Patch...

Talked to Jon and he agreed with me to concentrate mainly on the pumpkin patch woods instead of me baiting numerous areas.. Whew saves me a lot of time and effort.. However I will bait at least one spot close to my house as a backup... Just in case... In the next couple days I'll scout a few pieces that he could shoot a deer if he gets here early or tags out on a bear early, his welcome to stay the whole week and deer hunt....
