Yeh... I'll bet they did... I think there were 4 of them hiking... They bumped into a guy and girl comming out on the same trail... This couple told them to turn around that they encountered a bear that seemed very aggressive... They ignored the warning and continued on... When they encountered the bear all but the kid that got killed stuck together... The kid that got killed went off on his own... Should have all stuck together....

Like I said earlier the group SAVENJBEARS call them the dolphins of the woods and are harmless... They say if you encounter them to just JINGLE YOUR KEYS and they will run... When I am out and about and come across a pile of bear shit I always check it out to see if there are any Toyota keys in it ...
