DEAL Nikon Buckmaster BDC Riflescope 3-9x40 $129

I need to check one of mine. Was thinking I had put a scope on the 22-250 I took off another gun. Haven't fired it in a couple years. Coyote hunting time. Need to get it out and verify scope is on target (assuming scope was indeed mounted.) If none on the 22-250, I would think this scope would be an excellent compliment to the Savage. Do you guys know if this will hold up to the recoil of a 22-250?
 
Why can't you put that on a shotgun? The BDC is universal. You use their Spot-on software to determine the reticle settings for your particular load.

So, a BDC rifle scope will work on my 12 gauge Mossberg without any calibration issues?
 
Yes but the points on the reticle may be different ranges depending on the zero distance, the bullet weight, the barrel length and the caliber.
 
Someone want to do the math for me please to see if it would work?

BDC 300 if for inline muzzleloader, BDC 200 slug guns sabot slugs, BDC Predator Reticle is designed for 223 and 22-250, BDC 600 is designed specifically for AR platforms in 223 55grain bullet, BDC 800 is for long range heavy barrel AR platforms in .308 with 168grain bullet, BDC Carbine is for compact AR in .223, BDC SuperSub Reticle is for 300 AAC BLACKOUT using a 115grain bullet, BDC Handgun Reticle is for center fire handguns in 7mm-08 .308 .270 30-06, BDC 150 is for 22, BDC 60 is for crossbows. I put a BDC 200 Slug Hunter on my Savage 220 and could not be happier.
 
I got mine yesterday. A good buy IMO. If and when you register it online, that scope is not an option. Let me know if you see different.
