No Till Food Plots - So Easy

I hit this plot heavy with gly last weekend before the rains came, Carbon Load going in this weekend.

Also overseeding my Premium Clover+ plot with Carbon Load. Looking forward to a productive fall with no feeders/corn in the mix this year. Big thanks to @at1010 Albert for all his knowledge and answering my innumerable questions.

Why Vitalize Seed?!

New Blog!!

Kill plot (.25 acre) sprayed at 3pm yesterday with FarmWorks 41% at slightly higher dosage. It rained .6" around 1-2am...does CL need 7-14 days for the gly. to not impact germination like other vegtables/row crops?

Rain held off this afternoon, got the 1.75ac pasture knocked down to 5" height. Not sure how much I'll get broadcasted on that area this fall, thinking just the lower back .25-.5ac section as a trial this year with the CL to see how the draw in power works to keep em closer to the woodline/kill plot area and how the broadcasting works. Plus that burn pile goes up in winter/early spring so no need to waste seed up there. Lots of trails and beds showing so theyre still using it.

The lower back section didn't get its 2nd cutting back in June due to being wet (still is where grass is high) and its amazing the difference in density from the upper part which got both 1st & 2nd cutting.

LH = mowed 1x, RH mowed 2x this YTD.
